What we stand behind, and for how long

Labour is warranted for 90 days and parts for 365 days, and the parts are genuine OEM.

What the cover includes

It covers the work we did and the part we fitted. If the same fault comes back inside the labour period, we come back and there is no second diagnostic fee. If the part we fitted fails inside its own period, it is replaced.

Genuine OEM parts are not a slogan here, they are the reason the warranty can be that long. A pattern part that fits is not the same as the part the appliance was designed around, and on a sealed burner or an oven control the difference shows up as a repeat visit six months later.

What it does not include

  • A different fault that appears later on the same appliance. That is a new job and a new diagnosis.
  • Damage from a power event. Around 68 thunderstorm days a year is enough to make control board damage an ordinary repair here rather than a rare one. A board that was killed by a surge is not a part that failed on its own.
  • Damage from water, from flooding, or from a leak behind the unit.
  • Routine upkeep. Cleaning, filter changes and descaling are maintenance rather than defects, so an appliance that needs the same service again a year later has not failed — it has been used.
  • An installation fault we identified and you chose not to have put right. If the range still shares a circuit after we told you it does, the repeat is not a warranty claim.
  • Anything anyone else has worked on since we were there.

Where the manufacturer's own warranty fits

Beauclerc Range Works holds no appointment from Wolf and none from its parent company, so nothing we do can extend, shorten or replace the manufacturer's own cover. If your appliance is still inside its original manufacturer warranty, the right first call is the manufacturer's own service line, not ours. We will tell you that on the phone rather than take the booking.

Once that period has run out, the choice of who repairs it is yours, and the cover above is what we offer in its place.

How to claim

Ring and say it is a warranty call. We keep a record of every visit, the part number fitted and the date, so there is nothing for you to find or produce. The pricing page explains what happens if the second visit turns out to be a different fault, and the terms page carries the same wording in its formal form.

What does the repair itself cost?

The diagnostic is $80, flat, and it comes off the bill. After that, the repairs we are actually called out to in Mandarin land between $180 and $700, parts and labour together. The firm figure is written down after the diagnosis and before anything is ordered.

Usual price ranges for Wolf cooking appliance repairs in Mandarin, Jacksonville, parts and labour together.
What turned out to be wrong Usual range
Diagnostic visit $80 flat, credited
Igniter or spark module replacement $200–$510
Burner valve or orifice service $220–$700
Oven thermostat or temperature sensor $180–$560
Convection fan or motor $270–$700

Ranges, not quotes. Two ovens with the same symptom can part company on the part number, and a retrofit opening can add an hour before a tool comes out of the bag. Nothing is ordered until the figure is in writing. The whole price page sets out how a job is priced.

Questions people ask before they book

What exactly does the cover apply to?
Labour is warranted for 90 days and parts for 365 days, and the parts are genuine OEM. It covers the work we did and the part we fitted. A different fault appearing later on the same appliance is a new job and a new diagnosis, and storm damage is not a part that failed on its own.
What does a repair cost before any of that applies?
The visit and the diagnosis are $80 flat, and that comes off the bill if you go ahead. Igniter or spark module replacement then usually lands at $200–$510, parts and labour together. Burner valve or orifice service runs $220–$700. You get the figure in writing before a part is ordered.
How long is the work covered for?
Labour is warranted for 90 days and parts for 365 days, and the parts are genuine OEM. The cover is on the work we did and the part we fitted, not on a different fault that turns up later on the same appliance. Ring and say it is a warranty call: there is nothing for you to produce.

Owners on what happened after the visit

4.6 out of 5 from 75 published reviews

  • Oven took nearly an hour to reach temperature after the last power cut, and the broil element never came on at all. He found a failed relay on the control board and replaced the board, then verified both elements before leaving.

    Imani C.

  • Our range went into a kitchen drawn for something narrower and the door had never shut evenly since. He reset the levelling feet and shimmed the base, and the hinge side finally sits flush with the frame.

    Ignacio V.

  • Half the induction surface went dead after a power cut. He checked the supply first, found the board had taken the hit, and had the top working again on the return visit with the part he had ordered.

    Winifred A.
