A symptom in plain words is enough. You do not need a model number to start the conversation, though it helps if the plate is easy to reach.

Those are the hours. We do not run an overnight line, and we would rather say that than promise it.
What it costs to find out
A flat $80 covers the visit and the diagnosis, and it comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair.
You get the price in writing before any part is ordered or any tool comes out of the bag.
Labour is warranted for 90 days and parts for 365 days, and the parts are genuine OEM.
Where we come from
Mandarin, Jacksonville, FL. There is no counter to walk into — this is a mobile trade and the work happens in your kitchen. We travel about 25 miles out.
Questions people ask before they ring
- What should I have ready before I ring?
- The symptom in plain words, when it started, and whether anything else in the kitchen behaves oddly at the same time. The model number helps if the plate is easy to reach, but it is not a condition of the call and we will not send you hunting for it.
- Is there a form or an address I can write to?
- No, and that is deliberate. The telephone and the booking page are the two ways in, because both put you in front of somebody who can ask the next question. Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Saturday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. Closed Sunday.
- Do you come out to Mandarin itself or only the edges of it?
- Mandarin, Jacksonville is home ground — it is where most of the week is spent — and we work outward from it about 25 miles. Beyond that we say no on the phone instead of taking the booking and sorting it out afterwards.
