What this site collects, which is very little

This is a set of static files. There is no account to make, no form to fill in and no advertising tracker on the page; visit recordings by PostHog are described below.

The website

Every page you are reading was built ahead of time and is served as a plain file. It sets no cookies. Its one third-party analytics tool is PostHog, described below. The typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font network, there are no embedded maps, no chat widgets, no social buttons and no advertising pixels, so no third party other than PostHog learns that you visited.

The host that serves these files keeps ordinary server logs — the sort of request records any web server writes — and we neither add to those nor use them to build a picture of anybody.

Calls and bookings: when you tap a phone, text, email or booking link on this site, our own analytics stores the IP address of that visit together with the action, so we can see roughly where requests come from. We keep it for 90 days, use it for nothing else, and never sell or share it.

Visit recordings: this site also uses PostHog, a service of PostHog Inc. in the United States, to see how visitors use it. Its script is served from this domain, and what it records is passed on from here to PostHog. It records the pages you view, where you click and how far you scroll, your device and browser type, page-speed measurements, and a replay of the visit in which anything typed into a field is hidden. It sets no cookies; its session data stays in the storage of your open browser tab and is cleared when the tab closes. PostHog receives your IP address, keeps it with this data and uses it to estimate your approximate location. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is recorded. We use it only to improve this site and never sell it; PostHog keeps recordings for 30 days and other usage data for up to one year.

When you telephone

We keep what you tell us: your name, how to reach you, the address the appliance is at, and what the appliance is doing. We keep it because we cannot do the work or honour the warranty without it.

We keep it for as long as the warranty runs and a reasonable period after, so that a return visit does not start from nothing. Labour is warranted for 90 days and parts for 365 days, and the parts are genuine OEM. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, we do not pass it to a marketing list, and we do not send anything you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

A parts supplier sees what it needs to ship a part, which is an address and an order. Nobody else sees anything. There is no CRM behind this site and no mailing platform attached to it.

Asking us to delete it

Ring (904) 775-7957 and say so, and we will delete what we hold, subject only to any record we are legally required to keep. There is no form and no waiting period.

Who we are
