# What we stand behind, and for how long

Ninety days on labour and three hundred and sixty-five on parts, fitted with genuine OEM parts. Here is exactly what that covers and what it does not.

Labour is warranted for 90 days and parts for 365 days, and the parts are genuine OEM.

## What the cover includes

The work we did and the part we fitted. If the same fault comes back inside the labour
period we come back and there is no second diagnostic fee. If the part we fitted fails
inside its own period, it is replaced.

Genuine OEM parts are the reason the cover can run that long. A pattern part that fits is
not the part the appliance was designed around, and on a sealed burner or an oven control
the difference shows up as a repeat visit six months later.

## What it does not include

- A different fault that appears later on the same appliance. That is a new diagnosis.
- Damage from a power event. Around 68 thunderstorm days a year is enough to make control board damage an ordinary repair here rather than a rare one. A board killed by a surge is not a part that
  failed on its own.
- Damage from water, from flooding, or from a leak behind the unit.
- Routine upkeep. Cleaning, filter changes and descaling are maintenance, not defects.
- An installation fault we identified and you chose not to have put right.
- Anything anyone else has worked on since we were there.

## Where the manufacturer's own warranty fits

Beauclerc Range Works is independent. Nothing we do can extend, shorten or replace the
cover that came with the appliance. If it is still inside its original Wolf
warranty, the right first call is the manufacturer's own service line, not ours — and we
will say so on the phone rather than take the booking. Once that period has run out, the
choice of who repairs it is yours, and the cover above is what we offer in its place.

## How to claim

Ring and say it is a warranty call. We keep a record of every visit, the part number fitted
and the date, so there is nothing for you to find or produce.
