## How a job is priced, in three stages

### Call — The phone call is free

Describe the symptom in your own words. If it is something you can put right yourself in ten minutes at the panel or the breaker, we will say so and there is nothing to pay. That happens often enough to be worth mentioning first.

### Visit — $129, flat, for the diagnosis

A flat $129 covers the visit and the diagnosis, and it comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair. It is the same figure whether the fault takes ten minutes to find or an hour, and it is the same figure at either end of the service area.

### Repair — The repair is quoted before it starts

You get the price in writing before any part is ordered or any tool comes out of the bag. If the answer is that the appliance is not worth repairing, we will tell you that too, and you will have paid the diagnostic and nothing else.

## The terms behind it

- Diagnostic: A flat $129 covers the visit and the diagnosis, and it comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair.
- Estimate: You get the price in writing before any part is ordered or any tool comes out of the bag.
- Warranty: Labour is warranted for 90 days and parts for 365 days, and the parts are genuine OEM.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Saturday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. Closed Sunday.
- Travel: about 25 miles out from Mandarin, Jacksonville, at the same fee either end of it.

There is no parts price list on this site. Parts prices move, and a published one would be
out of date by the time you read it.
